This was a game changer for my wife and her sleep so much so that I will be purchasing one for my cousin who is pregnant with twins
The neck pillow is in the perfect position. The material is silky smooth. There are two pockets on either side of the arms. This is truly one of the best purchases I’ve made!
We ordered this for our almost 10 year old who just had his tonsils removed and wanted to give him something sturdy, but comfortable that he could both lounge and nap on as he recovers. We would have purchased the one with the attached arms, but it was not available, but this one worked just fine. He is 4'8 so the headrest pillow was a little high. We like the pockets on the outside of the arms to stash remotes, phones, etc. My husband and I both tested it out and found it very comfortable. The only thing I would say is that the width is a bit narrow, which is fine for us, but may be a little tight for people who have wider frames. Also, a cup hold would be convenient too. Overall, a good buy and will probably get one for myself as well.
Got this for my wife. She loves it. And will be perfect for when the baby is here. Thank you!
Backrest is fine.
Love it!!!! Amazing and comfortable!!!
I love it. The angle of it isn’t overly uncomfortable and the neck rest actually sits in the perfect position. It didn’t have any ridiculous smell when I opened it which is a definite plus. I was able to open it up, let it expand, and put the arms and neck piece in place in about 30 seconds. The arms are at the perfect spacing for lounging, reading, or doing granny hobbies. I also think this is going to come in handy when I’m postpartum, the arm rests feel like the perfect spacing for breastfeeding.
I love this thing, but the BEST part is that the pillow is detachable and just so happens to be the pillow I've been missing my whole life. I use it to sleep now and its amazing!
This is my first time writing a review on HERVALY .First of all, the quality of this reading pillow exceeded my expectations. The texture is incredibly soft and smooth, and I couldn’t resist touching and sliding on it.When you lie on it, it’s so soft and spongy that it makes your posture feel like you’re sinking into something even more expensive than a $1000 sofa.Don’t worry about your posture; it’s designed to correct it.Second, it’s incredibly easy to assemble. When you receive the package, it’s compressed, and when you open the back, it automatically inflates. It becomes the sofa you see in the picture.I don’t know how anyone could find any flaws in this product. It’s the best thing I’ve ever owned.Every time I get out of bed or my sofa and then return to it after 20 minutes, I feel like I’ve just fallen from heaven.I’m rambling on, but this is definitely the product you’re looking for. I didn’t expect much after a mid-purchase, but now I’m saving every penny of the pleasure and satisfaction it brings me.
I was surprised at the size of the pillow from the packaging. It was vacuum sealed very well. The pillow is moderately firm. The pockets on the arms are easily accessible and spacious.I bought the pillow to aide in rest pre and post rotator cuff repair. The angle of the back pillow seems to be a bit too far upright and the arm rests would work better if they were taller or if I was shorter. I am 5 ft 7in. I have turned the pillow over where the arms are upright and the angle helps me rest better but the arms and pockets are unusable. Id say it may better for reading or computer work vs surgical recovery. The fabric is soft and stitching is tight. Seems well made.
If you’re pregnant, postpartum, and need back support for acid reflux or late night feeds - this is a game changer. So soft. Color is just like the picture. It’s a quality, not cheap feeling or looking. The pockets are AMAZING. The pillow that the top is flexible so you can put it where your neck needs support and it doesn’t fall off. The arms are sturdy and the support is amazing. I’m 5”6 and this was perfect. Saved my back.
I was pleasantly surprised. Item arrived in a smaller than expected box. I double checked to make sure I ordered the full pillow chair. Once the package and wrapping was opened, the pillow chair came to life. It was exactly what we needed and provided great help for my dad. Very happy with the purchase
This pillow is great. I am pregnant and have a hard time getting comfy. Stacking pillows just doesn’t do the trick. This thing is firm yet comfy. I will definitely be using this past my pregnancy.Note: the package smelled like chemicals when I opened it but let it air out for a few days and it was all good.
This has become one of my favorite things. It is so well made, comfortable, supportive and I use it nightly to read or scroll in phone. No smell. Highly recommend!
I'm liking the product so far. I'm trying to test it out to determine how comfortable it is because I have lower back discomfort. It is a little big in size and kind of difficult to place it somewhere on the side of the bed. Luckily I'm single and can put it on the other side as an extra body‼️
Better than I expected. I was worried that the foam would be too soft and not very supportive, especially the armrests. Instead, the foam is rather firm. I tend to sit leaning to the left and the armrest holds its shape as I lean on it. I was expecting it to collapse if I did more than lightly rest my arm on it, but it cushions my weight gently. It feels as though it will retain its firmness for some time. I’ve been using it daily for almost two months now and have not noticed any change in shape or firmness. It’s been excellent for both reading and watching tv, and I love that I can reposition or remove the headrest and armrests. The pockets are not very large, but perfect for a remote (or four). Overall I’m very happy with this reading pillow.
This support pillow has been an absolutely perfect solution for me while I recover from foot surgery. It is very versatile (removable arm rests, can use in multiple/different positions depending on whether you use it on a couch or bed). It is well-designed, and extremely comfortable with firm support for your back. I have been using it daily while I am non-weight bearing and needing to elevate my foot post-surgery, and have been using it on my couch while working from home and also while watching tv. I am so glad I made this purchase as it really has made my recovery from surgery much more bearable!
Brought this pillow for my daughter, and she loves it. It’s a really good quality, great size, and appears comfortable the way my daughter uses it! The color is nice, and works well on her bed when she’s watching movies or doing her schoolwork!
Very soft and comfortable. Received this as a gift since I love to read in bed. The arms attach with velcro but stay in place and both sides have pockets to store your phone or goodies. The back is sturdy and the pillow for your head can be detached. I am able to sit upright, and still tuck my covers in to keep warm. I would buy this again
I have tried several support pillow chairs, which I ended up giving away, Everything in a minivan needs to have a few uses. A bed is great for sleeping. however I need a support pillow to listen to music, watch videos. or relax. This is a beautiful reclining pillow so in my minivan this is where I snack and listen to music or listen to an Audio Book. This has a tilted back which is not good for sitting up straight, like working on a laptop... if that is what you are looking for this is not it.... I wish when people didn't like something for themselves they could still write a decent review for those that might.I have tried straight back support pillows and they did not work for relaxing. I think relaxing while watching a movie is a need. This pillow fufills that need. I like bending my knees and feet flat on the minivan bed. You can use this pillow in various ways. Eating a snack while relaxing and thinking... causal reading might work. Listening to a tablet book would be perfect. So when you buy this... think about a slant back and if that is good for what you want to use it for... The arms are easy to take off and move as needed. The quality is excellent. You can use only one arm or none if you like. Grey is good for blending in...
This reading pillow is very comfortable and lightweight, the foam is soft enough to be comfortable but firm enough to give good support. The armrests are a great feature, they're detachable with velcro and they have big pockets on each side to hold a tablet, phone, etc. The headrest pillow at the top can be adjusted a few inches up or down as needed, or even set over the top of the reading pillow if you don't want to use it. The product arrives vacuum compressed but it's easy to set up and use, only took 30-60 seconds for it to expand to full size once removed from the packaging. It seems to retain its shape well, although I've only had it for a day. There's a slight chemical odor but probably will go away with time. For reference, I'm 6 foot 3 inches tall with a medium build and ordered the large size for people above 5'10". This size fits great for me, there's around 1-2" extra room on each side and the headrest pillow is right behind the back of my head (base of the skull).
My husband had the idea of getting this for me during my early stages of breast feeding and now it goes back and forth from the bed to the couch everyday. I didn’t want to get a chair for breast feeding because we don’t really have room in our house so this was the best alternative. You can use the boppy pillow with it or you can rest your arms on the arm rests and still prop baby very well. It also is comfy on those sleepless night feeds because you can feel relaxed while you feed and feel that your baby is secure in your arms if you’re having trouble staying awake. So far I’ve been using it for 3months and it’s kept its shape and material is easy to wipe off all the spit up’s and other baby liquids..

REVISED!! I was in excruciating pain when i made my first review. I had a back procedure to deaden my nerves 2 days ago and now the pillow is coming in handy bc I can't feel my low back, so now that's a win!! Thank God!!It's Supportive, until gravity wins!! I bought this sit-up pillow hoping to finally conquer the art of upright sitting in bed being disabled. The wedge? Surprisingly great for back and neck pain—solid, comfy, and doing its job.But the moment I try to stay upright? I start sliding down like a marshmallow on a hot day.The arms are soft and floppy, like they’re just there for decoration. No leverage, no resistance—just there for the vibe. I keep trying to sit back up, and it turns into a full-body workout I didn’t sign up for. Velcro’s strong, but the hug? Not tight enough to keep me in place.I don’t hate it—it’s got potential! But if you’re disabled or dealing with chronic pain, be prepared to add reinforcements. I threw in a tailbone pillow and a back massager and finally achieved throne status. Just wish it came with a seat base and arms that actually helped me fight gravity!(I knew it didn't have a seat, I thought it would still be sturdy) I don't regret buying it, I'm still using it everyday, but now that I got a full back massager with heat and tailbone pillow..it now feels heavenly for my neck, back, lumbar and tailbone pain. This is MY JOURNEY, yours may be different
